HAVE A LITTLE FAITH
A diagnosis of chronic illness can bring with it feelings of denial, anger, and grief. If God loves us, why are we suffering? Christian or not, it’s a question that comes up repeatedly during times of grief and tragedy. In times of distress, we want to know that our suffering matters to God and that He cares about our pain. In coping with chronic illness, God provides chronic hope and faith. He may use the pain of our illness to develop us, but he never meant for it to define us. On those really rough days, I recommend reading one of these faith-based books to help ignite that spark back into your day! Remember, you are never alone.
